Such great experience, the hotel is amazing with EXCEPTIONALLY NICE location in the area on weekends. The atmosphere of the venue is family. I have stayed in the family room with an individual safe, climate control, and a mini bar.

The location was beautiful, almost at the lake side (one small, one way street between you and the lake). The rooms were very clean, bright with a kitchenette and balcony. Pool area beautiful. A wonderful walk into town one way or another small village the other for evening meals. We also had a surprisingly excellent meal in the pizza / takeaway at the top of the road (it was pouring with rain, so we didn't want to walk far).... The location was just perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a feast to be seen, catering for every need. Magnificent, would happily stay here again.
The beds were very, very hard but you can use the spare blanket to sleep on, to help soften them.

Excellent service that makes a big difference. Beautiful scenery, perhaps a bit far from restaurants and maybe a bit expensive for the quality of the facilities. However very clean Rooms and good breakfast.

This was an excellent hotel with friendly staff who spoke English. The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were modern and clean and had recently been refurbished. Breakfast was good, bar was open throught the day for drinks and snacks. We would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again when we return to Lake Garda.
Could not fault the hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location was good too.
The hotel is very much geared towards german tourists. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of.

Just a short, pretty walk along the lakeside, and I was in medieval Malcesine with its picturesque harbour and castle. The hotel had a large swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and even a baby-pool for the little ones. The area around the lake was like a beautiful Norwegian Fjord.
Too bad there wasn't a helipad on the hotel rooftop for me to land my private helicopter. How inconvenient.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the hotel's great location right on the lake. I loved having a room with a balcony overlooking the water - it was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful views. Plus, having breakfast included in the price was a great bonus.
There was really nothing to fault at this hotel - everything was just perfect.
